Designed for standard rail applications, this kit suits fabricators and builders wanting an assembled tub package that is easy to position, mark out, and trim to suit their chassis rail profile. It is a solid option for serious street, show, and custom builds where rear wheel clearance matters.

Overview
These wheel tubs are supplied assembled to save time during fit-up and fabrication. The side panel is formed as a complete half moon, ready for you to trace and cut to suit your chassis rail profile.
The outer flange is supplied un-drilled, giving you flexibility during installation. You can drill it to suit your preferred fastening method, or stitch weld the lip of the flange to the body of the vehicle depending on the requirements of your build.
We offer two pre-determined options to suit 1st Gen Commodore applications, both based on an 800mm diameter radius. The Standard Rail option is designed to mini tub to the rail, not notch into the rail. This listing is for the Standard Rail 195mm version.

• These wheel tubs are shipped assembled. (Spot welded together, other pieces are loose)

• You can drill to suit your requirements or stitch weld the lip of the flange to the body of the vehicle.
• Helpful tip: sit the Wheel Tub a further 5–10mm inward on top of the chassis rail. For the guys trying to squeeze every inch of tyre under the car, this will allow the diff to articulate a little without rubbing the inside of the tub.
• For example, the factory width of a Commodore rail is 190mm however the tub we supply is 195mm (give or take a few mm).
• Please allow up to 7.5mm +/- on the finished tub width for variances in manufacturing.
