These kits are designed to fit our Pro Street style 9" Housing & Clip to your 3rd Gen Commodore Sedan, Ute or Wagon.

Whether you're building a Street/Show Car, Burnout Machine or try your luck on the quarter mile, this is a great all rounder kit that will handle the lot!

The Pro Street Bracketry allows for adjustable Anti-Squat and Instant Centre Value's as well as up to 3" of Ride Height adjustment.

Housing Type & Options- 

Select the desired Diff housing type
Between our Pro Street style Long Shoulder 
or our Sheetmetal style Diff Housing (Including back Brace & 2 x Tube lower Braces)

The Housing comes cut to your desired length and fitted with Housing End Flanges (Commodore style for 31Spl or Ford Big New for 35Spl)
Housing's are fitted with Fill Plug, Drain Plug and Diff Centre Section Studs
Note-
Diff length is measured from Wheel mounting face to Wheel mounting face, from this measurement we then deduct 5mm per side for 35Spl Axles & 7.5mm per side for 31Spl Axles to allow for Rotor thickness. Please allow up to 10mm+/- on the finished diff length for variances in manufacturing.
Please ensure you have the correct measurement, no refunds will be given on incorrect diff length.

Axles-

Billet Axles are machined to suit and fitted with either 1/2" x 3" or 5/8" (STR-A1037) Studs, Bearings/Seals/Retaining Plates. 
Note- 
Please select which Axle Spline option you require- 31Spl Axle option(rated to 500hp) will have Commodore Housing Ends fitted, 35Spl Axle option(rated to 1000hp) will have Ford Big New Housing Ends fitted
Axles have a 69.5mm Centre Bore
31Spl Axles have a Commodore Disc brake Offset
31Spl Axles are fitted with Disc Brake width Axle Seals
35Spl Axles have a 2.5" Brake Offset to suit the off the shelf Wilwood Brake Kits.
35Spl Axles do NOT come with Retaining Plates (These are included in Wilwood Brake Kits when you purchase them)

Bushing Type-
Next up is the Adjustable Upper/Lower 4 link bars, optioned for either Heim joint, Poly Bush or a combination of both!
(Poly bushing's on the Diff & Heim Joints on the Chassis)

Coilovers-

We can supply you with a pair of Viking double adjustable Coilover's
These are a great bang for buck Coilover, offering plenty of adjustment in valving.

If you do wish to source your own Coilovers, typically the coilover length will be 16.5" Extended with a 5-5.5" Stroke such as a Viking C208.

Diff Centre-

RTS are at the top of the game within the affordable Diff Centre & components market!
We can happily supply a centre built to suit your needs by selecting your required specs in the dropdown box from the Option menu.

Fabrication/Install-

This kit does not require minitubs, but it sure is recommended😁
This kit requires removal of the complete IRS assembly, as well as the factory crossmember under the floor that the factory IRS Diff centre bolts to (for clearance on the 9" housing), it is also recommended to raise the tunnel up a little for additional tailshaft clearance.
The upper Coilover chassis mounts can be held in place with 5 x M10 Nutserts on each mount, if your vehicle is a Sedan you will need to cut a hole in the bottom of the rail to fit the mount (you will see an indentation of where to cut, the Ute/Wagon already has this hole cut from factory, it will in no way affect the strength or integrity of the chassis rail)
The Clip will bolt into the factory subframe mounting holes at the front (to help with alignment of the clip) and then is required to be welded into the vehicle, Stitch welding all points of contact.

It will require custom braided lines to go from the factory brake line's on the chassis to your brake Calipers.

It will require the Tailshaft to be modified to suit or a completely new Tailshaft built to suit the 9" Diff centre.

Brake options-

The 31Spline axle option runs a Commodore Housing end, this will allow the use of a VN-VS style Brake assembly (Caliper, Rotor, Backing Plate, Handbrake assembly). This will also accept a Wilwood Brake kit inc internal handbrake assembly.
The 35Spline axle option runs a Ford Big New Housing end, this will allow the use of a Wilwood Brake kit inc internal handbrake assembly or alternatively if you wish to run the factory style IRS Brake's (or an IRS big brake kit eg. Harrop, AP racing etc) Lowe Fabrications sell a Brake adapter kit to mate them to the Ford Big New Housing Ends.

Shipping is not charged for in checkout, you will be Invoiced for the shipping amount once your order is packaged and shipping has been quoted. 
You will receive an email with the attached invoice, once paid please reply with a payment remittance to ensure there is no delay in shipping.
Your order under no circumstances will NOT be shipped until complete payment for the total of the order & shipping has been received.
Shipping will need to be to a commercial/business address, otherwise a tailgate loader truck will have to be booked (at an additional cost).

Once your order is complete, you will receive an email to arrange a time/date for collection. 
Without prior arrangements you will NOT be able to collect your order, unfortunately we don't have a premises that is suitable to be open to the public.

(Basically, you will need to have your preferred engineer assess and sign off on the complete vehicle including the rear end modifications. We always suggest chatting with an engineer prior to modifying your vehicle if you wish to keep the car 'street legal')
