This is a Panhard Kit to suit either our SCF Panhard Body Mounts, the factory Vb-Vs Body Mount or your own custom made Mount.
To mate up to a Diff Housing (9", Borgwarner, Salisbury, Hilux etc).

Panhard bar length of 655mm Eye to Eye unless otherwise specified.
(Bar length will have -/+15mm of adjustment from the Eye to Eye length).
Made from a 1.250" x .095 Chromoly Tube with Tig welded Chromoly Tube ends & Chromoly Joints (either a Poly Bushed or Teflon lined Heim Joint), these Panhard bars are lightweight yet extremely heavy duty!
The kit includes a piece of 100mm long 1.250" x .120" Chromoly tube with a 5/8" threaded Tig welded Chromoly Tube end. This can be used to weld to the Diff housing, when using full length it is suggested to run an additional gusset on the mount.
The Panhard bar runs a Heim joint with a 5/8" Bolt for mounting to the Diff side of the vehicle
The other end runs either a Poly Bushed rod end joint with a 1/2" Bolt for mounting or a Teflon lined Chromoly Heim joint with a appropriate spacers to suit a 1/2" Bolt for mounting to the Chassis side
Both joint types have an installed width of 44.5mm and a useable adjustment length of 15mm per joint, giving an overall bar length adjustment of 30mm.
