4 Link Bar Pair – Short - Custom Length
Built for custom 4 link applications, this 4 Link Bar Pair is a strong, adjustable solution for customers needing their own CUSTOM LENGTH 4 Link bars.
Designed around the same proven construction as our Pro Radial 4 Link Bars, these are made from 1.250" x .120" Chromoly Tube with TIG welded Chromoly tube ends and are available with multiple joint and spacing options to suit different mounting requirements.

Overview
These 4 Link Bars are made to suit your own length, to suit your custom 4 link application and are intended for bar lengths of 450mm eye to eye or shorter.

Unless otherwise specified, bars are supplied at 265mm eye to eye. Each joint has 15mm of useable adjustment, giving a total overall adjustment range of 30mm per bar.
This allows the bars to be configured around a range of mounting combinations while still keeping the same proven tube and tube end construction throughout.

• Poly Bushed rod ends use a 3/4 UNF thread with a 1/2" bore with an installed width of 44.5mm / 1.75"
• Heim joints use a 3/4 UNF thread with a 1/2" bore
• Heim joints are available in installed widths from 0.75" / 19.05mm through to 1.75" / 44.5mm
• Useable adjustment length: 15mm per joint
• Overall bar length adjustment: 30mm eye to eye
• Default bar length: 265mm eye to eye unless otherwise specified
• A 265mm eye-to-eye bar will adjust from 250mm fully collapsed to 280mm fully extended
• Optional body-side or diff-side spacing can be configured to suit 1st/2nd Gen Live Axle Commodore upper or lower trailing arm / 4 link mounts
Important Notes
• This listing is for 2 x short CUSTOM LENGTH 4 Link Bars plus hardware
• If bar length is not specified otherwise, bars will be made at 265mm eye to eye
• We also stock replacement Heim joints and Poly Bushed rod ends separately if required
