This is our extremely durable DIY 1" Track Locator Kit utilising a 1" solid 4130 Chromoly Track Slider bar, used in A arm style Track Locator bar on your 4 Link setup.

A Track Locator prevents lateral movement in the rear end throughout the suspension travel (which is typical of Panhard bar type setups).
This kit includes the Chromoly Tube and components to build out your own custom Track Locator.

The outer Slider tube is 1.375"OD 4130 Chromoly and houses two Nylon Bushings which are held captive with Spiral locks.
The Nylon bushing's have great abrasion resistance and self-lubricating properties, only requiring a light coating of PTFE or silicone spray during maintenance to keep it clean and for additional lubrication.
The Track Slider is fitted with a 5/8" x 1/2" RH Heim, allowing you to mount the slider to the Diff or Chassis with a 1/2" Grade 8 Bolt.

Please note-
During fabrication it is recommended to not weld within 50mm of each end of the outer Slider tube as it can distort the tube and make it more difficult to fit the nylon bushing.
It is recommended to Tig weld the components using an ER70s-2 filler rod.
